Meet your Anxiety, Without Fear

This module lays the foundation for your journey toward calm. You’ll learn how anxiety works, begin to gently separate your identity from anxious thoughts, and experience your first hypnotherapy session designed to help you feel safe, grounded, and supported.

  • Understand how your brain and body respond to anxiety

  • Reflect on your personal anxiety triggers and patterns

  • Begin creating a safe inner space using hypnotherapy

Reset the Internal Dialogue

This module helps you begin noticing and reshaping the internal voice that fuels anxiety. You’ll create space between you and your thoughts, learn to gently reframe anxious patterns, and build a calm, supportive inner dialogue.

  • Understand how anxious thoughts develop and repeat 

  • Notice your internal dialogue and reframe it kindly

  • Use hypnotherapy to reinforce new thought patterns

Anchor into Calm
 

This module helps you create a reliable calm response you can use in real time, whenever anxiety appears. Through hypnotherapy and a simple physical anchor, you’ll train your body and mind to come back to safety — anytime, anywhere.

What You’ll Do in This Module:

  • Learn how anchors work to calm the nervous system

  • Create your own calm anchor using breath, imagery, and touch

  • Use your anchor when anxiety strikes to return to grounded calm

Confidence Beyond the Spiral

In this module, we help you build quiet, grounded confidence from the inside out, the kind that doesn’t rely on praise, perfection, or pretending. Just your presence, your breath, your truth.

  •  Redefine what confidence really means

  • Begin anchoring confidence to calm presence

  • Use hypnotherapy to embody inner strength and safety

Integration & Forward Momentum

This final module helps you pull everything together. You’ve met your anxiety, reset your inner dialogue, created a calm anchor, and redefined confidence. Now it’s time to integrate these tools and step into your everyday life with new clarity and emotional freedom.

  • Reflect on your growth and shifts since Module 1

  • Strengthen your connection to calm and inner trust

  • Use hypnotherapy to future pace your mindset and momentum

Before you begin the course you will be asked to download your welcome letter and
Practical workbook.
The workbook is designed to be printed at home.  Working at your own pace during each module.  At the end of the module step there is a reflective worksheet, which can be printed or used as a guide, taking your own notes within your favorite notebook. 

The hypno sessions are designed to follow on in sequence and therefore have been crafted to start short and become longer as you move through the modules.  
They can be listened to again and again after completing the course as and when they are needed, even choosing your favorite recording to relax and take a moment to reset.
