HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Everyone’s journey is different, and the number of sessions depends on your goals and personal circumstances. Many people begin with three initial hypnotherapy sessions, usually spaced 1–2 weeks apart. On average, it can take between 3 and 9 sessions to see the best results.
If you’re curious about trying just one session, that’s absolutely fine too—there’s no obligation. Some clients notice a real shift after a single online hypnotherapy session, while others prefer to work with me for longer.
