Hypnotizing Patient

WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?

Hypnotherapy is a natural way to access your subconscious and achieve positive changes in your life. You will feel calm and relaxed during the session, and in control of yourself at all times. It is normal to feel a sense of heightened awareness, as if your mind has been cleared of distractions and is focused on the present moment. We use a variety of techniques to guide you into this state of relaxation, and work with you to achieve the outcomes you desire.

WHAT TECHNIQUES DO YOU PRACTICE

I specialise in the therapeutic use of hypnosis, practicing a client centered approach to address deep-rooted emotional and behavioral issues. To further compliment Hypnotherapy I also offer TFT (Thought Field Therapy) H-EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and NLP  (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

Our personalised approach puts you first, and I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment where individuals can explore the origins of their problems and work towards solutions.

WILL YOU MAKE ME DO SOMETHING WITH WHICH I AM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH?

I understand that starting a new therapeutic process can be difficult. That’s why i will ensure that you feel calm and comfortable throughout the entire session. You will be in complete control throughout the session.  I am fully qualified and insured to practice Hypnotherapy and I work to a strict code of ethics set out by the National Council for Hypnotherapy.  I am devoted to creating a safe and trusting environment for each individual I work with.
