WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?

Hypnotherapy is a natural way to access your subconscious and achieve positive changes in your life. You will feel calm and relaxed during the session, and in control of yourself at all times. It is normal to feel a sense of heightened awareness, as if your mind has been cleared of distractions and is focused on the present moment. We use a variety of techniques to guide you into this state of relaxation, and work with you to achieve the outcomes you desire.

WHAT TECHNIQUES DO YOU PRACTICE 

Hopes Hypnotherapy specialises in the therapeutic use of hypnosis, practicing a Solution Focused approach to address deep-rooted emotional and behavioral issues. We also offer TFT (Thought Field Therapy) to compliment hypnotherapy. Our personalised approach puts the client first, and we strive to create a safe and comfortable environment where individuals can explore the origins of their problems and work towards solutions.

WILL YOU MAKE ME DO SOMETHING WITH WHICH I AM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH?

At Hopes Hypnotherapy, we understand that starting a new therapeutic process can be difficult. That’s why we go out of our way to ensure that you feel calm and comfortable throughout the entire session. You will be in complete control throughout the session.  Samantha is fully qualified and insured to practice Hypnotherapy and works to a strict code of ethics set out by the National Council for Hypnotherapy.  We are devoted to creating a safe and trusting environment for each individual who walks through our doors.
