About Samantha

Helping thoughtful, capable people move beyond anxiety, pressure, and unhelpful patterns so they can feel calm, confident and back in control of their lives.

Many of the people I work with appear capable and successful on the outside, yet privately feel stuck in patterns they cannot seem to shift.  Anxiety, stress, sleep difficulties, confidence struggles or habits that no longer serve them can quietly affect everyday life.

As a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Kent, I help people understand how their mind is responding and gently guide them to change the patterns that may be holding them back.

 

My approach combines clinical hypnotherapy with practical psychological tools designed to create lasting change.

I offer both in person hypnotherapy sessions in Kent and online sessions via Zoom, supporting clients across a range of areas including anxiety, confidence, habits, and emotional wellbeing.

My Story

Before becoming a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I spent more than 22 years working in leadership roles within the corporate world. Throughout that time, my passion was always centred on helping people develop confidence, overcome challenges and reach their potential.

Working closely with people in high pressure environments gave me a deep understanding of how capable individuals can carry significant internal stress while continuing to perform well in their professional and personal lives.

​

This experience naturally led me towards therapeutic work, where I could support people in a more focused and meaningful way.

Today, I combine my background in leadership and coaching with clinical hypnotherapy to help clients develop calm, clarity and confidence. I am a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, ensuring professional standards and ethical practice.

Every person I work with has their own story and goals, which is why sessions are always tailored to the individual.  Alongside hypnotherapy, I may integrate approaches such as Parts Therapy, Hypno EMDR techniques, Thought Field Therapy tapping, and self hypnosis tools that clients can continue to use long after our sessions.
