Day 1

First let's get real.  This isn’t about doing things “perfectly.” It’s about reconnecting with your inner calm, and learning how to use your subconscious to work with you—not against you.

Let’s begin with your first shift:

🌀 Day 1 – Your First Shift: Self-Hypnosis Is Already Happening

You’re already using self-hypnosis—every single day.

Every time you zone out scrolling, rehearse worst-case scenarios, or replay a conversation on loop… that’s self-hypnosis.

It’s not magic. It’s not woo. It’s a natural state your mind already knows how to access—you just haven’t been taught how to use it on purpose.

🧘‍♀️ Try this:


1. Sit comfortably and gently close your eyes 
2. Take 3 deep, slow breaths 
3. Say to yourself: “I’ve done this before. This time, I’m doing it with purpose.”

You don’t need to *try hard*. You’re not *doing it wrong*. 
You’re simply reminding your mind that it’s safe, calm, and open to change.

📝 Reflection Prompt:
Where do I go on autopilot, and what would I love to shift instead?

More tomorrow. You’re doing beautifully.


 

Day 2 - Progressive Relaxation

This is your reset button.

Today’s technique is called Progressive Relaxation—and it helps your body speak safety to your mind.

Take 5 minutes to try this: 


1. Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. 
2. Bring attention to your toes. Relax. Move upward—ankles, legs, chest, face. 
3. Say to yourself: “I allow my body to feel deeply calm.”

That’s it. Simple. Profound. Powerful.

📝 Reflection Prompt: 
Where was I holding tension I didn’t realise?

Day 3 - Confidence Rewire

You don’t need to find confidence. You just need to remember it.

Today, you’ll guide your mind toward a more confident you.

1. Relax deeply (use yesterday’s practice) 


2. Repeat: “I believe in myself. I am enough exactly as I am.” 


3. Visualise yourself acting with calm confidence

📝 Reflection Prompt: 
What would my day feel like if I fully believed in myself?

Day 4 - Calm Or Sleep

Choose your calm today.

Feeling stressed? Try: 


“With every breath, I feel lighter.”

Struggling to sleep? Try: 


“My mind is safe. I welcome deep, healing rest.”

You get to choose what you need most today. And that choice—*that awareness*—is transformation in motion.

What do I need more of right now—peace or rest?

Day 5 - Make it Stick

This is just the beginning…

You’ve made it to Day 5—and I hope you’re already noticing shifts.

This is how change begins: with small, consistent moments of presence.

Keep going: 


1. Pick a regular time to practice 
2. Use one suggestion for a few days 
3. Stay gentle. Keep it simple
